Most two stroke gear box and fork applications are relatively low temp, so one number is goodnuff.

At that point if they didn't perform well you'd have to redo them. My other two cents are why would you? (Two bottles of fork oil are cheap compared to the effort to take the forks apart.) The characteristics of the fork would basically be an unknown until you tested them.
